Karen Scalise
Assistant to the Founding Partner
Karen Scalise manages the operations of Akoya Capital. She is responsible for facilitating the due diligence process on all of Akoya Capital’s investment opportunities and serves as the key liaison between all funding and management partner relationships. Karen also serves as the assistant to the founding partner and CEO.
In addition, Karen coordinates operations for Akoya Capital’s affiliate organization, Carlyle Group, including management, technology and administrative functions.
Prior to joining Akoya Capital and Carlyle Group, Karen was an executive assistant to a leading real estate developer.
