Liz Dominick
Senior Vice President
Liz Dominick is responsible for the identification, recruitment and assessment of chief executive officers and other senior executives for Akoya Capital, bringing more than 13 years of executive assessment experience to the organization. Liz also works closely with the senior leadership of Akoya to develop and execute its overall business strategy.
Prior to joining Akoya, Liz was a vice president with Carlyle Group. Liz was a leader in the firm’s technology, corporate and professional services practices, where she assessed and placed CEOs, board directors, and other senior-level executives within numerous high-growth, investor-backed companies and Fortune 2000 organizations. Liz played an instrumental role in developing the firm’s recruitment and assessment expertise within the energy, financial services, technology and professional services sectors.
Liz was formerly a vice president with A.T. Kearney within the management consulting and executive search organizations. She worked closely with firm leadership to recruit leading executives for the aerospace and defense, automotive, communications and media, consumer and retail, high-tech and electronics, life sciences, strategic services, transportation and utilities practices. Liz’ prior experience includes serving as a director at Wujcik & Associates, a Chicago-based boutique executive search firm.
Liz has an MS in industrial relations from Loyola University and a BA in political science from DePaul University.
